When a business owner asks me — “Can you handle a full electrical build-out for our new office space?” — my answer’s a friendly “Absolutely,” but what I’m really thinking is, That’s my favorite kind of project. Nothing beats turning a bare-stud shell into a humming, code-perfect workspace where every light switch clicks with confidence and every outlet actually works where people need it.
Below is a walk-through of how my crew and I take you from blueprint to grand opening without blowing schedules, budgets, or fuses.

1. Listening Before LaddersI start at your conference table, not the jobsite. We map out:
  • Workflow: Where employees sit today and where they might expand tomorrow.
  • Gear: Server racks, copiers, break-room appliances—anything that soaks up amps.
  • Aesthetics: Recessed LEDs? Pendant lights over reception? We align function with vibe.
By the time I leave that first meeting, I can visualize every conduit run and breaker label.

2. Design & Permitting—Handled in-House
Tulsa’s permit office loves plans drawn by someone who’s been around the block. With 30-plus years on the tools, I design a load-calculated system on the front end so inspectors breeze through approvals. You don’t have to juggle architects, engineers, and “the guy from the city.” I’m that guy.

3. Rough-In: The “Skeleton” Phase
Once framing is up, we:
  1. Drop Conduit & Cable along stud paths, marking circuits so sheet-rock crews don’t bury surprises.
  2. Set Panels & Sub-Panels sized for present loads and future growth. (You won’t be swapping panels in two years because you added a coffee bar.)
  3. Stub Network Drops so your IT contractor finds labeled CAT6 cables ready to crimp, not spaghetti.
We photo-document everything; those pics save headaches when someone asks, “What’s behind this drywall?” six months later.

4. Trim-Out: Lights On, Deadlines Met
Drywall’s up, paint’s dry, and we’re back to hang fixtures, land wires, and test every receptacle. We schedule trim-out in lockstep with flooring crews and furniture deliveries so nobody’s tripping over extension cords (or each other).

5. Final Inspection & Turnover
I walk the inspector through each panel, GFCI, and emergency light. Because we follow the National Electrical Code to the letter, sign-off is usually a handshake. Then I hand you:
  • As-Built Drawings (PDF and printed)
  • Panel Schedules labeled in plain English
  • Warranty Paperwork—because we stand behind our work long after ribbon-cutting

Why Tulsa Businesses Keep Dialing My Number
  • Scale Doesn’t Scare Us. Mom-and-pop boutique? Done. Fifty-thousand-square-foot warehouse? Done that too.
  • One Crew, One Focus. You get a dedicated foreman and the same faces on site, reducing mis-communication to nil.
  • Deadlines Matter. We stage materials early and work nights or weekends if that’s what it takes to hit your move-in date.
  • Future-Proofing Built In. Spare conduits and oversized panels today mean cheaper expansions tomorrow.

Ready to Flip the Switch on Your New Space? If you’re building—or even dreaming about—an office in Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Bixby, or anywhere in Green Country, let’s chat.

I’ll bring the coffee, blueprints, and three decades of know-how; you bring your vision. We’ll light it up together.

Your business deserves an electrical backbone that’s as dependable as the people who run it. Let’s wire that future, one circuit at a time.
